Recreational Events - Southampton Water and the Solent

Event organisers are to notify the Harbour Authority of any planned recreational events.

Do this by completing an Event Notification Form and submitting it to sotonre@abports.co.uk.

Event organisers should also note that they are responsible for carrying out their own risk assessment of their event. 

Once the notification request is processed and the Harbour Master has granted permission, the event will appear in the table below:
